My name is Rebecca Clayton and I work at the front counter in the foyer of Eloura.

How long have you been with QCS?

I have been working at Eloura for just over a year

What are you most proud of about your role at QCS?

Working at Eloura has given me the opportunity to develop new skills and I found out things about myself that I was good at.  I am proud of my ability to connect easily with our residents and their families.  I am the first point of contact and I like that I am able to make people feel comfortable and welcome when they come to Eloura.   I like talking to people and it makes me proud when people make compliments about our service.

What is your favourite part of working for QCS?

I really like getting to know our resident and their family members.  I like being part of the team.

Please tell us how you feel QCS makes a difference in the community?

QCS is a home for elderly people from our community and helps keep them safe.
