Wendy’s journey with the Eloura Auxiliary began more than 20 years ago, when she was invited to join after both her mother and mother-in-law became residents. What started as a personal connection quickly grew into a long-standing commitment to supporting residents, families and staff at Eloura.

Our residents have recently enjoyed some special experiences, including a wonderful outing to the Quirindi CWA Disability Disco at Club Quirindi. The afternoon was filled with singing, Christmas carols and live entertainment from Kevin Spencer, making it a memorable and uplifting event for everyone involved.

Led by local wellness coach Drew Ronacher, these sessions are helping residents stay physically active, mentally strong, and socially connected. It’s all part of our commitment to supporting a full and thriving life in aged care.
The segment also highlighted the maiden voyage of our new community bus, which is now helping residents get out and about, enjoy local outings, and stay engaged with the wider Quirindi community.
